Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site only for personal, noncommercial purposes unless Allstate provides express written permission otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Use any means of systematic retrieval of data or content on our Site, or any manual or automated process (e.g., bots, scrapers, spiders) to retrieve, index, scrape, data mine, or otherwise gather content of the Site.
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disrupt, overburden, interfere, or impair the Site, Allstate's servers or Allstate's networks.
• Introduce or attempt to introduce any viruses, worms, malware, trojans, or other malicious or disruptive code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts, or systems.
• Engage in behaviors or activities that will adversely affect, obstruct, or manipulate the operation of the Site, disable security systems, or circumvent any restriction, condition, or technological measure that controls access to Allstate's systems in any way, including overriding any security feature or bypassing or circumventing any access controls or use limits.
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of Site content except as expressly permitted.

MyAccount is Allstate's online and mobile experience that enables customers to view, manage, or interact with their Allstate products, services, and information ("MyAccount").

Requirements for Use

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using MyAccount, you agree and represent that (i) you are a natural person at least 18 years of age; (ii) you have and will continue to represent yourself honestly in all interactions with MyAccount, including by providing true and complete information about yourself and update your information as needed; (iii) you are accessing MyAccount on your own behalf; (iv) you will only use MyAccount for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of these Terms; and (v) you will protect your account login information and Multi Factor Authentication ("MFA"), and will notify Allstate immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. If You believe someone else has obtained Your password, or You believe unauthorized account activity has occurred, please contact us immediately.

Permitted use of MyAccount

Through your use of MyAccount, you may be able to: (i) view and manage products, (ii) view and pay bills, (iii) update profile or contact information, (iv) file or track claims, (v) enroll in optional services, (vi) manage communications preferences, or (vii) access product specific terms. Some features may require you to accept additional terms. Allstate may add, modify, or remove features at any time. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your MyAccount.

Use Restrictions

In addition to the prohibited conduct set forth above, you shall not and shall not permit others to: (i) interfere with the operation of MyAccount or with another's use of MyAccount; (ii) impersonate any person or entity or provide false information required for obtaining access to MyAccount; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code of the software that powers MyAccount; (iv) create or use any script or automated tool that attempts to create multiple ways to access or use MyAccount; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to MyAccount or any computer system used to access MyAccount, circumvent any access restriction or security measures with respect MyAccount, or disclose your access information or otherwise give access to MyAccount to any third party; (vi) tamper, alter, modify, change, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, or duplicate in any manner MyAccount or its associated code; (vii) use MyAccount for any commercial, other non-personal or benchmarking purposes; (viii) use MyAccount to do anything illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or offensive; (ix) engage in any activity that infringes on the rights of others, including their privacy, intellectual property, or security rights; (x) send spam, engage in phishing, or otherwise use MyAccount to harass any person; or (xi) share one‑time passwords (OTPs) or authentication codes.

If you do any of the above or otherwise violate these Terms, your permission to use MyAccount will terminate immediately. In addition, you may be liable for damages, subject to legal action, and may be denied future participation in any products distributed by Allstate. Allstate reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available, including pursuing civil remedies and criminal prosecution for violations of these Terms. Allstate's failure to enforce any provision in these Terms in every instance in which it might have application does not constitute a waiver of Allstate's rights.

Termination of My Account

Allstate may suspend or terminate your access to MyAccount at any time, with or without notice. You may terminate your account by submitting a request via the Access/Delete page. Termination does not modify any insurance contract or other agreement.

Availability

Allstate's products, features, and discounts may not be available in all jurisdictions. Additionally, Allstate's insurance or non-insurance products, coverages, features and discounts are subject to each individual company's underwriting and/or other guidelines as well as the terms and conditions of the insurance policies and/or contracts issued in each state. Availability and eligibility may vary from state to state and by company.

Our product forms are available in English only, unless required otherwise by law. Any non-English documentation or advertising material is for information only, unless required otherwise by law. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and the non-English version of a document, the English version will be the controlling document.

Quotes and Coverages

The Site does not make any representations that coverage does or does not exist for any particular claim or loss, or type of claim or loss, under any policy or contract. Whether coverage exists or does not exist for any particular claim or loss under any policy or contract depends on the facts and circumstances involved in the claim or loss and all applicable policy or contract wording.

All quotes generated by the Site are estimates based upon the information you provided and are not a contract, binder, or agreement to extend insurance coverage. Insurance coverage statements or descriptions of products on the Site are for general description purposes only. The Site shall not amend, modify or supplement any insurance policy or contract. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to the final determination of underwriting qualifications and acceptance by the company providing such products or services. Online Claims Submissions

Allstate customers may elect to submit a claim online where available. Your submission does not commit Allstate to coverage for this loss. Information you submit regarding your insurance policy or contract and the loss is subject to review and verification. Allstate reserves the right to request additional information prior to reaching a decision on the claim. A claim representative will be communicating with you regarding your claim. Allstate Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by Allstate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any names of third-party products or services mentioned on the Site may be the trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, icon and domain name displayed on the Site.

User Content License

If you submit, post, or upload content to the Site (including reviews, comments, photos, or other materials) ("User Content"), you grant Allstate a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that User Content in connection with the Site and Allstate's business. You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third‑party right.

AI Use Restrictions.

You may interact with any artificial intelligence or automated chatbot features made available through the Site ("AI Features") solely for their intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Circumvent Safeguards or Manipulate Behavior. Interfere with, bypass, override, probe, or undermine any safeguards, limitations, or guardrails embedded in the AI Features, including by using prompts or other techniques intended to cause the AI Features to behave in unintended or unauthorized ways.
• Elicit Restricted or Sensitive Information. Attempt to cause the AI Features to disclose confidential, proprietary, personal, or otherwise restricted information, including information about Allstate, its customers, or third parties, or any underlying system prompts, training data, or internal logic.
• Induce Unauthorized Actions or Commitments. Use the AI Features to generate, simulate, or induce any unauthorized actions, decisions, approvals, offers, representations, or commitments on behalf of Allstate, including any financial, legal, or contractual commitments.
• Generate Harmful, Unlawful, or Inappropriate Content. Use the AI Features to create, request, or promote content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, including content involving harassment, profanity, or prohibited conduct.
• Test, Exploit, or Reverse Engineer. Systematically test, scan, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the AI Features or attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or infer underlying models, prompts, or security controls.
• Use AI Output in a Misleading or Unauthorized Manner. Represent AI-generated output as human-generated where disclosure is required, or rely on such output in a manner inconsistent with its intended use or applicable law.
• Use AI for Non-Permitted Purposes. Use the AI Features, inputs or outputs for commercial, other non-personal, or competitive intelligence/benchmarking purposes.

Enforcement.

Allstate reserves the right to monitor usage of AI Features for compliance with these Terms and to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any violation of this section, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

No Authority Created.

AI Features are provided for informational and assistance purposes only and do not have the authority to bind Allstate or create any contractual or legal obligations.

Emails to Allstate Addresses

The Allstate computer network (which includes, but is not limited to, the technology and applications which support the e-mail functionality Allstate provides its officers, employees, independent contractor agents, and other authorized users) is the private property of Allstate.

Allstate prohibits any bulk e-mail transmissions to be sent, or caused to be sent, over the Internet to @allstate.com e-mail addresses unless Allstate, through one of its officers, has specifically requested or authorized the sending of such bulk e-mail. For purposes of these Terms, the word "bulk" shall mean an e-mail message, or group of identical or similar e-mail messages, sent to more than 20 different @allstate.com addresses in any 24-hour period.

Allstate also prohibits any e-mail transmissions of the following types to be sent, or caused to be sent, over the Internet to more than 5 different @allstate.com e-mail addresses in any 24-hour period unless Allstate, through one of its officers, has authorized the sending of such e-mail: (1) commercial advertising; (2) informational announcements; (3) political or religious tracts; or (4) solicitations for funds or donations.

Allstate prohibits any e-mail transmission to be sent, or caused to be sent, over the Internet to any allstate.com e-mail addresses if the e-mail is intended to, or appears intended to, harass, embarrass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person, or if the e-mail is pornographic, offensive, indecent, discriminatory or offensive on the basis of sex, color, national origin, race, age, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

Allstate prohibits any e-mail transmission to be sent, or caused to be sent, over the Internet to any allstate.com e-mail address that makes use of a forged header or deceptive addressing, or which attempts in any manner to disguise the source of the e-mail.

Allstate prohibits the harvesting or collection of the e-mail addresses of Allstate agents and/or personal financial representatives from the @allstate.com website for the purpose of sending bulk e-mail to @allstate.com e-mail addresses.

Allstate reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available, including pursuing civil remedies and criminal prosecution, to prevent bulk or other prohibited e-mail from entering, utilizing or remaining within the Allstate computer network.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Allstate computer network. Allstate's failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might have application does not amount to a waiver of Allstate's rights.
