Building Property Protection:
Condominium owners are responsible for insuring their units. The association typically is responsible for the exterior of the units and the association's property.
Loss Assessment Coverage:
Pays for your share of expenses for a covered loss, up to your policy limits, when your association requires an assessment on all unit owners for certain covered losses.
Flood Insurance:
Since a Condominium Owners Insurance Policy doesn't typically cover a flood, find out if you're eligible for a Flood Insurance Policy.
