Little Bit of History

The state of Pennsylvania encompasses 46,055 square miles and is ranked 33rd in the nation's total area. It was the 2nd state to enter the union on December 12, 1787. Pennsylvania meaning Penn's Woods was named in the honor of Admiral Penn, in order to pay off a debt owed by King Charles II.
